The translation of the following document about the privacy in different languages is provided as only for general information purposes. In case of discrepancies, only the Italian version of this document will be legally valid and binding and will discipline your relation with LoveCost.

Welcome on www.love-cost.com, the first international low-cost Love Network. On our site you can meet people like you on the web and mobile phone. The service is run by PIG COMPANY s.r.l. (VAT n. 02641750217), a company registered in Italy and located in Bolzano, Via Cassa di Risparmio, 20.

This contract refers to the whole content of our website having the following domain: www.love-cost.com and the whole correspondence via email occuring within our staff and users.

Before using our website, read carefully all terms of use.

This website is offered to you on acceptance by you («User») without modification of the Terms, Conditions and Notices contained herein. By accessing and using this website, you are deemed to have agreed to all such Terms, Conditions, and Notices (the «Contract»).

If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you must not use this website.

To register on LoveCost or use the website it is necessary to be at least 18 years old. The subscription to our Service will not be valid if it does not comply with the foreseen conditions. If you use the website you represent and warrant that you possess the legal right and ability to enter into this Contract and to use this website in accordance with the Terms and Conditions herein.

ART. 1 - DEFINITIONS

For the purposes of this contract, the words and expressions used will have the meaning reported below:

LoveCost: multiple access dating service for a fee, published by the company PIG COMPANY srl. Some parts of LoveCost are accessibile for free and other functions are for a fee for the Registered Users.
Registered User: user of the LoveCost service, regularly registered who has not paid for the LoveCost services for a fee, that is who has not subscribed to it. A registered user is also the user who has not renewed the annual subscription.
Member: a Member who has registered on the LoveCost service and has paid the annual price for the use of the LoveCost services for a fee
Subscription: the price paid by the Member which allows him or her to access the LoveCost services for a fee for one year (12 months). The service will expire automatically and can be renewed by the user by paying the annual price again.
Services for a fee: every service for which it is necessary to make a Subscription.

ART. 2 – ACCESS AND SUBSCRIPTION TO THE *LoveCost*** SERVICES

The User is exclusively responsible for the computers, applications, communication tools allowing the access to the LoveCost services, along with the telecommunication expenses necessary to their use. To be registered you must be at least 18 years old and fill in with truthful information the spaces n the subscription forms. By registering, you represent and warrant that your data are truthful. Should it be needed to verify partially or totally the data entered at the moment of the registration, it will fall within your responsibility to access your personal page on LoveCost and modify the relevant data. Once the registration process has been completed, you can use your identity data (username and password which you chose) to access the Services. The log-in identity data are personal and secret and must not be transmitted to or shared with thirds. PIG COMPANY s.r.l. will not be responsible for the loss of usernames and passwords. Should you as User use this information against their real purpose, PIG COMPANY s.r.l. reserves the right to block your account without early notice. You as User will be the sole person responsible for the proper/ improper use of these identification elements from you or thirds and for the actions and statements made by means of your personal account, be they fraudulent or truthful. Furthermore, as Registered User you warrant PIG COMPANY s.r.l. against any eventual legal action. PIG COMPANY s.r.l. does not haveat its disposal means to censure the truthful identity of the users. Thus, it consideres itself not responsible for any case of identity abuse. Should you come to know about a user who is using your identity data or account in a fradulent and unauthorized way, you must in your own and our interest inform immediately www.love-cost.com in the area destined to contacts. If You as User wish to introduce friends to PIG COMPANY s.r.l. and provide their relevant data, you must previously obtain these persons’ explicit permission for their data processing by PIG COMPANY s.r.l. These data will be exclusively used to send them, on behalf of the Registered User, an electronic message informing them about the services offered by LoveCost. Such message is sent on behalf of the User who provided the data previously mentioned. In this case the User freely and voluntarily provides this information under his/her unique responsibility.

ART. 3 – USE OF *LoveCost***

After your registration and payment, PIG COMPANY s.r.l. will grant you the temporary user licence to access the Services for a fee available on the LoveCost. The price and methods of payment are specified in detail at the following article ART. 4 – Prices and Terms of Payment.

ART. 3.1 – Obligations of *LoveCost***

LoveCost will provide a dating online service over the Internet by means of electronic devices. The LoveCost activity does not consist in providing marriage guidance. LoveCost has no means and is not legally bound to identify the Registered Users when they connect to the website and is not bound to moderate the contents published on the site. LoveCost makes clear to all registered users that they cannot reveal or spread information allowing their identification such as Surname, home address or email address, phone numbers, personal habits, and so forth.

In addition, for the first date it is wise to inform a friend and opt for a public place like a bar or restaurant.

ART. 3.2 – Obligations of the registered user

You, as Registered User are bound:

to behave correctly and respectfully within the website hosting you and towards the other registered users
not to violate the intellectual property related to the contents provided by LoveCost and those made available by other registered users
to consider that also the other users who you contact establish their privacy limits and that you are exclusively responsible for communicating to our site or other registered users personal data whose spread may damage the registered user himself/herself
not to use LoveCost for non-private, professional or commercial purposes (research of clients, soliciting, prostitution)
to publish, transmit or spread only and exclusively truthful information or contents
not to use expressions or spread contents which may violate the rights of thirds, or whose nature is slanderous, offensive, injurious, obscene, violent or which explicitly or implicitly incite violence on the basis of political orientation, race or xenophobia, as well as contents generally against the purpose of LoveCost and the laws and norms in force.
to be aware that all the statements and contents which violate the personal rights or the dignity of the individual are not welcome and not tolerated in LoveCost website
to be aware that pictures, videos and any other information, data or files provided by you as registered user on LoveCost must be decorous and refer to yourself solely. Should they refer to a third, they imply the explicit authorization of the third under the exlcusive responsibility of the interested registered user
not to mention on the LoveCost website any personal information provided by a registered user on LoveCost (home or email address, phone number) which may allow a third registered user to contact another user without using LoveCost
not to publish, reveal or spread in any form information or contents which may have the effect to diminish, disorganize, prevent the normal use of the services, as well as delay or interrupt the normal circulation of information among the registered users by means of viruses, trojan horses or other malware such as spam, DOS or DDOS attacks. LoveCost reserves the right to remove the spam to guarantee its users the normal use of the service.
not to publish, reveal, spread in any form information or contents which imply links to third websites of illegal nature and against decency and/ or not complying with LoveCost communication policy
to use the username and password exclusively authentication purposes within the site. Thus, for example you as Registered User cannot transmit, spread or make available your own passwords and usernames to thirds
Should you as Registered User provide to LoveCost personal data of thirds, you are bound ot make sure that such personal data are transmitted in compliance with the law and in total safety.

The non-fulfilment of the above described obligations is a violation of a fundamental obligation of the registered user; nevertheless what is provided for in the following article “”Resolution” still holds.

In case the User does not fulfil this obligation, PIG COMPANY s.r.l. will have the right to terminate this contract and delete the account of the user.

ART. 4 – PRICES AND METHODS OF PAYMENT

This contract will be valid for one year (12 months) and accrues from the date of subscription/ payment of the membership; it will be automatically interrupted. Whether you as Registered User have appreciated the Service we have offered, you can subscribe again and rthis would allow you to use the services for a fee for another year.

You can pay for your subscription with Credit Card and PayPal (over the Internet) or SMS (this option is valid only for standard services).

LoveCost considers all its users as having equal rights and opportunities. Therefore every user will be charged with the same prices which are different only depending on the service offered.

Considering the modest prices of the subscriptions, if you as Registered User decide to interrupt your membership before it automatically expires, you will be charged no penalty and will not be compensated for any sum.

Should you as Registered User decide to upgrade from Standard membership to V.I.P. membership, you can use the function UPGRADE in the site (in your personal page) and by paying the difference, you will have immediately access to the functions of the V.I.P. membership.

ART. 4 - BIS – Conservation and processing of the purchasing data of the subscription

To guarantee the safety of every financial transaction on LoveCost, all the traffic will ber un with the following methods:

Payment with credit card and pre-paid cards: transactions protected and guaranteed by the Banca Cassa di Risparmio di Bolzano
Payment with PayPal: transactions protected and guaranteedd by PayPal Italia
Payment via SMS: transactions protected and guaranteed by the operator chosen by the Registered User/ Member

PIG COMPANY s.r.l. is not responsible for false declarations by credit card owners and will comunicate any irregularity to the relevant authorities.

ART. 5: PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA OF THE REGISTERED USER/ MEMBER

PIG COMPANY s.r.l. complies with the Italian and European norms related to privacy protection and protection of sensitive data of its users. Some indications, information or graphic contents (pictures, images and so forth) optionally provided by you as Registered User are under your responsibility and can reveal your ethnic origin, nationality, religion and/ or sexual orientation. By providing this optional information you agree explicitly as Registered User/ Member on the processing by PIG COMPANY s.r.l. of these “sensitive”.

By sending a written notice to the following address: PIG COMPANY s.r.l. via Cassa di Risparmio 20 - 39100 BOLZANO, or via email using the address appearing in the item “Contacts area” on the website LoveCost and specifying your personal identification data, you as Registered User/ Member can access the information about you to have them modified, updated, deleted by PIG COMPANY s.r.l or to prohibit a specific use of it should you have any reason to do so.

At the moment of the registration of your data, you as Registered User/ Member can decide to receive, or not receive in the future, our Newsletter and promotional offers sent via email by PIG COMPANY s.r.l. or other possible partners. PIG COMPANY s.r.l. resepcts the rights of the Registered User/ Member in compliance with the Italian norms on information and privacy protection, as according to Art. 7 Legislative Decree 196/2003.

ART. 5.1 – Why and when is the information about the Registered User/ Member collected

To guarantee the correct and legal visiting of the site, the Registered User/ Member is invited to provide information about him/her when he/she registers on the site, takes part in chats or purchases a Subscritpion. Some information, properly indicated, are mandatory to take part in the Service and use it.

ART. 5.2 – Categories of collected information

The personal information collected by PIG COMPANY s.r.l. can include first name, surname, home address, email address, telephone, mobile phone, bank information, information about the physical appearance, pictures, descritpions of the personality, attitudes, religion, personal interests and information about the use of the service. Furthermore, PIG COMPANY s.r.l. reserves the right to collect personal information like the user’s browser version (FireFox, Explorer, …) used, the operating system used (Windows, Mac OS, …) and the IP of the computer used. PIG COMPANY s.r.l. can use the cookies to gather information identifying the user while he/ she is on the website LoveCost in order to avoid the manual entering in every page seen. The Registered User/ Member can prevent the use of cookies by modfying the options of his/ her browser.

ART. 5.3 – Access to the information

The information collected at the registration LoveCost are used to provide our Services. All information relating to the Registered Users/ Members are stored in protected databases and is not accessible to unauthorized thirds. Only some of our operators can access the personal information provided by the user at the registration or subscription and it may not be part of his/ her ads, public presentation and is not accessible to third parties. In addition, it cannot be sold, exchanged or transmitted unless the User has been previously informed about it on condition that the User has not suffered any kind of imposition.
Once registered, you can receive promotional offers from us or our partners if you agree on this after being informed at the registration and in case of no refusal from you at the registration or at any other time. If you prefer not to receive the offers fromus or our partners, you can freely indicate this at the registration or by communicating this via email in the contacts area of the website.
PIG COMPANY s.r.l. can also share anonymous social and demographic information with some partners with the purpose to give tailored communications (according to age groups, gender, and so on). In this case no information able to identify our users will be transmitted.
The information which you will freely include into your ads and the reseacrh parameters as well as in your own presentation as Registered User are accessibile on the LoveCost site, on the web or in the emails by means of a newsletter. This information can be spread by us or our partners to all the people interested in the LoveCost site, the readers of our newsletter, the users of other sites of thirds or by means of any other electronic communication tool (sms, email, and so on…) or audio and video tool (radio, television, and so on…) to increase your dating chances as Registered User/ Member by promoting the ads, research criteria and the presentation of your profile.

In the light of what is written above, you as Registered User/ Member authorize PIG COMPANY s.r.l. to reproduce and spread the information relating to your profile and available on your ads sticking to the research and presentation criteria (information, descriptions, images, videos, etc.) on the LoveCost website, totally or partially (on the site, on the web, via email) and/ or any communication tool, in particolar audio and video (press, radio, television, cable, digital tools, satellite) all over the world and for the duration of this Subscription Contract/ Terms of Use between Registered User/ Member and PIG COMPANY s.r.l. You as Registered User/ Member also authorize PIG COMPANY s.r.l. to communicate the advantages of the above mentioned rights to partners and eventual successors of PIG COMPANY s.r.l.

If you as Registered User/ Member no longer want PIG COMPANY s.r.l. or the partners to reproduce or spread the information which you previously made available in your ad, research criteria and presentation, you are entitled to terminate at any time your Subscription with the tools specified in article 8 and 8.1

The termination by written notice will have immediate effect except for the information available in the profiles: the termination will be effective only at the moment in which it will be possible to update or modify the communication tools (press, audio and video, digital) previously used in your presentation.

ART. 6 - COPYRIGHT

ART. 6.1 - Www.love-cost.com contents

The trademarks, graphics, logos, pictures, animations and texts container in the LoveCost website are a PIG COMPANY s.r.l. property and cannot be reproduced, used or spread without the explicit authorization of PIG COMPANY s.r.l. Violators will be subject to legal action. The user licence granted to you as Registered User/ Member by LoveCost are strictly limited to the access, download, print, reproduction on any support (hard disc, floppy disc, cd-rom, etc...) and the use of these documents for personal and private purposes within the duration of the membership. Any other use is prohibited without permission from PIG COMPANY s.r.l. In particular, you cannot modify, copy, reproduce, download, spread, transmit, exploit commercially and/ or distribute the services, web pages, informatic codes of the elements constituting the services and web pages.

ART. 6.2 – Contents spread by the Registered Users/ Members

LoveCost provides for the right of use for the intellectual property rights as for the contents provided by the Registered Users/ Members to be spread on the site. In particular, the right of PIG COMPANY s.r.l. to reproduce, represent, adapt, traslate, digitalize, use for advertising, commercial and non-commercial purposes, grant in sub-licence or cede the contents about the Registered User/ Member (information, pictures, videos, descriptions, research criteria, etc…) on the LoveCost service (on the site and via email), totally or partially, and/ or in the information of LoveCost about any other type of electronic support or audio/video communication.

The Registered User/ Member explicitly authorizes PIG COMPANY s.r.l. to modify such contents to respect the graphics of LoveCost or the other above listed communication supports and/ or make them available with the technical performances or formats of the interested supports. These rights are granted all over the world and for the whole legal duration of protection of the mentioned rights. This is valid both in the Italian legal system and in foreign countries as well as in current or future international conventions including eventual extensions of such duration.

It is strictly prohibited to copy, reproduce or differently use the contents regarding our Registered Users/ Members except for the sole need to use the services for personal and private purposes.

ART. 7 – CONTRACT TERMINATION

Should the Registered User/ Member behave in violation of the terms specified in articles 3 and 6, thus according to the unquestionable judgement of PIG COMPANY s.r.l. or the opinion of other users or other persons entitled, and should the Registered User/ Member behave in a way which causes inconvenience, danger, disturbance to others and may limit or damage the use of the service for thirds, the account of the responsible Registered User/ Member may be suspended along with the relevant services and/ or the contract can be terminated by removing the profile from the site www.love-cost.com. In this case, except for eventual damages and interests which might be requested to the Registered User/ Member or his/ her rightholders or legal representatives as compensation for the damage caused due to such violation, PIG COMPANY s.r.l. will not give any refund for any subscription amount paid. The Registered User/ Member will be informed about the termination of the contract or confirmation of contract termination. Deleting a Registered User/ Member falls within the task of the site administrator and no request of refund can arise out of such measure. In the most serious cases, the site administrator reserves the right to communicate to the Informatic police authorities every information apt to prevent or eliminate eventual violations of the law.

ART. 8 – CONTRACT WITHDRAWAL

The Member can withdraw from the subscribed and approved contract with the following methods:

Within maximum 10 (ten) days from the date of the subscription. In this case your position will be deleted from the databse of the site and you will owe nothing to PIG COMPANY s.r.l. besides the already paid amount for subscription.

PIG COMPANY s.r.l. does not consider correct to automatically renew the subscription at the expiration date. Thus, after 52 weeks of service it will warn you that the service is about to expire. You can renew the service by making a new subscription payment. If such payment is not made within 10 days after the expiration date of the contract, the contract will be no longer effective and the service will be automatically ceased.

ART. 8.1 – Information and contents provided by the Registered Users/ Members

The data that you provide as Registered User/ Member on LoveCost must be correct, truthful and corresponding to reality. The consequences they may determine with their spread on your life and the life of other users fall under your responsibility. Thus by registering and/ or subscribing you renounce any possibility of lawsuit against PIG COMPANY s.r.l. fora n eventual threat to you right of image, your honour and reputation as well as your private life descretion arising out of the spread, requested by you, of information about you and listed in artiche 5 of the Contract “PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA OF THE REGISTERED USER/ MEMBER”
PIG COMPANY s.r.l. cannot be considered responsible for the accuracy of the information and contents transmitted by the Registered Users/ Members and/ or visitors. Furthermore, PIG COMPANY s.r.l.is not responsible for the contents spread by a Registered User/ Member if these damage or violate the rights of one or many Registered Users/ Members or thirds not connected with the service. Our company will carefully monitor this communicating any kind of violation the the relevant authorities.
In case PIG COMPANY s.r.l. is considered responsible for a violation committed by a Registered User/ Member, obligations deriving from the laws in force or the current contract conditions and of use, the Registered User/ Member guarantees the non-involvement of PIG COMPANY s.r.l. in any accusation towards it. Such non-involvement includes the fines and indemnities, legal expenses eventually charged to PIG COMPANY s.r.l., and the company itself will charge such expenses to the Registered User/ Member responsible for the violation. In case of violation, as previously explained, PIG COMPANY s.r.l. reserves the right to terminate the service offered.
PIG COMPANY s.r.l. does not guarantee that during the contractual period there will be automatically positive contacts. At the same time, PIG COMPANY s.r.l. does not have any responsibility in the case in which no contact has arisen during the contractual period.
PIG COMPANY s.r.l. will elaborate profiles using pseudonyms and will contact the Registered Users/ Members to improbe the service offered and organze market researches in order to best adhere to the needs of the Registered User/ Member.

ART. 8.2 – Functioning of the site www.love-cost.com

To use best the services offered in the site as Registered User/ Member, you must have suitable applications and having set your settings correclty since they are necessary for the functioning of LoveCost: along with compatible browser, JavaScript activation, session cookies and acceptance of the visualization of the Jquery help. PIG COMPANY s.r.l. cannot guarantee that the services can be used if you as Registered User/ Member use a blockage system for Jquery help. In this case, you should deactivate this function before interacting with our site. You should also have competences, equipment and apllications allowing you to use the Interent correctly and should also make sure that the services ofr a fee and Interent services offer protection, integrity and can transmit the data which you enter. PIG COMPANY s.r.l. does not guarantee that our services will work withiut interruptions or disfunctios. In particular, the use fo the site may be temporarily interrupted because of maintenance or update operations, as well asmodification of the contents or imporvement of the database. We will possibly inform our Registered Users/ Members about these operations of ordinary and extraordinary maintenance. You as Registered User/ Member renounce from now considering PIG COMPANY s.r.l. responsible fo the functioning and use of its services in the light of the interest of the very company in providing the best service possible for its Users. Similarly, PIG COMPANY s.r.l. cannot be responsible for eventual bad functioning, impossible log-ins or bad conditions of use of the LoveCost site deriving from unsuitable equipment or bad functioning of the connections, which may be a responsibility of the provider of the Internet access of the Registered User/ Member.

ART. 8.3 - Links

The LoveCost website or third parties connected with it can include their hypertextual links in other websites, different from LoveCost or other Internet sources. PIG COMPANY s.r.l. cannot control these sites and external sources and so it cannot be considered responsible for any contents or advertisment, product or service or any other element available in or from these sites or external sources. Every disfunction or irregularity related to a link must be communicated to the administrator of that site. The use and visiting of these sites are disciplined by the specific terms on the sites themselves. If the research on www.love-cost.com leads you as Registered User/ Member to view other pages, sites, blogs whose contents are against the morals and constitute a violation of the European and Italian norms, you must immediately stop viewing these sites otherwise you will be considered responsible of your actions and will automatically exclude PIG COMPANY s.r.l. from any responsibility.

ART. 8.4 - Liability

PIG COMPANY s.r.l. is responsible only for the amount paid by the Registered User/ Member for any violation. PIG COMPANY s.r.l. cannot be considered responsible for the in direct damages suffered by a Registered User/ Member like loss of original data or copies of these, damages to the image, reputation, etc. or recordings made by the Registered User/ Member, since the backup copies are a responsibility of the user.

ART. 9 – CONVENTION BETWEEN THE REGISTERED USER/ MEMBER AND *LoveCost***

The terms of use and the pages of the LoveCost site which are mentioned herein costitute the contract which disciplines the relationship between you as Registered User/ Member and LoveCost and costitute overall the rights and obligations of PIG COMPANY s.r.l. and the Registered User/ Member.

ART. 10 – MODIFICATIONS OF *LoveCost*** OR THE TERMS OF USE

PIG COMPANY s.r.l. reserves the right to modify or have modifed at any time the pages of LoveCost, the services connected with it, the price and the applicable terms of use. Such modifications will enter into force at the moment they appear online on LoveCost, except for the possibility of the Registered User/ Member to renounce his/ her membership; this should be communicated via email, fax or registered mail. Otherwise it is assumed that the Registered User/ Member has accepted the modifications and continues to use the site and services. The Registered User/ Member are thus invited to see the constantly updated version on the site.The use of the site and services implies the full acceptance of each reviewed norm present on the contract.

ART. 10.1 – Claims on prices

In case of claims on prices or their accurate application, you as Registered User/ Member have the right to comunicate in written form your claim within 30 days after having received the charge of the claimed amount. In case of no claims, after 30 days the amount will be considered approved.

ART. 11 - JURISDICTION

The terms of use are regulated, applied and interpreted in conformity with the Italian law. The Bar of Bolzano is the competent authority to turn to for any type of controversy arising from the norms, including their validity, interpretation, execution and/ or resolution and the relevant consequences.

ART. 12 – WE ARE

LoveCost is a property of PIG COMPANY s.r.l., via Cassa di Risparmio, 20 - 39100 Bolzano - ITALIA VAT n. 02641750217. It is responsible for the contents and services at the users’ disposal. PIG COMPANY s.r.l. can be contacted via email by accessing the site and going to the Contacts Area. In this section there is also a fax number and all useful information to allow an immediate communication between Users and Site Administrators.

Pig Company s.r.l. informs you that the Legislative Decree (no. 196 of 30 June 2003) of the Italian legal system (“Code for personal data protection”) provides for the protection of persons in respect of the use of personal data necessary to give an answer to your request of information.

Pig Company s.r.l., as controller of the personal data which you spontaneously provided, is responsible for their use and wishes to inform you that the use of these data by the responsible staff will follow the purposes and modalities indicated in this information.

Pig Company s.r.l. will use your personal data for the following purposes:
