Check you have entered your username and password correctly. Remember that the spaces are case-sensitive, therefore “HOUSE” is different from “house”. Make sure you have validated your email: if you cannot remember your username or password, follow the process for data recovery

To modify your password, you need to go to your profile page, enter the old password and type twice the new one in the spaces.

How can I delete my account?

We are sorry to see you leave, but if you are really sure of that, the processi s very quick: go to the settings page and at the item “Account” click “Deactivate my account”

What does “Keep me signed in” or “remember me” mean?

If you tick “Remember me”/ “Keep me signed in”, the system will retain your log-in data for the next time you access the website. You won’t have to enter them again because you will be automatically logged in (your cookies have to be active, though)

When should I use the “Remember me” option?

Pay attention, the “Remember me” option will allow the automatic log-in on the computer it was selected from. Use it only if the computer is yours and it’s only you who uses it, and/or people you trust. Do not use the “Remember me” option in the internet cafés or on public computers in general.

How long does the “Remember me” option last?

The “Remember me” option lasts 2 weeks: you will be automatically logged in for two weeks. If you wish to deactivate it, erase the cookies for the love-cost.com domain from the computer.
