How long does it take to register?

The registration is very quick: it takes less than one minute and your account will be active. As soon as you are authenticated, you can start looking for the perfect partner

What information do I have to give to register?

We only need username, password, email and some other information such as city and date of birth. However, filling in the rest of your profile is up to you: remember that the more complete your profile is, the easier i twill be to get in touch with new people!

What’s the minimum age to register?

To use our services and access the site, you must be 18+ years old at the moment of the registration. If you aren’t 18 years old yet, come back as soon as you have turned 18

An error occurred at entering the email

Enter a valide mail address: You will receive a confirmation email. Make sure you haven’t created an account with this email address. If the problem is not solved, contact the Customer Care Service

No confirmation email has arrived

Wait at least 5 minutes; if no email arrives and you are sure you have entered your email address correctly, contact the Customer Care Service

Error: email address already present in the database

It is possible to create only one account for each email address. If you are sure haven’t already created an account and think someone has used your email to register without permission, contact the Customer Care Service

What’s the purpose of the validation code?

For security reasons, our system validates all the email addresses of the users. We have sent you an email with a link to click in order to authenticate the email address.
