Check you have entered your username and password correctly and make sure you have activated your account by clicking on the link you have received via email at the moment of registration. If you have forgotten your username or password, follow the process for data recovery, otherwise if they are correct contact the Customer Care Service

I have lost username or password

Don’t worry, you can recover these data by entering the requested data in the data recovery form

How can I modify the other information in my profile?

You can do it from your profile page

How can I modify the settings of the email notifications?

In the settings page, at the item “notifications”, you can change the options whenever you want

Why should I complete all the information on my profile?

The more complete yur profile is, the more chances you have to meet your soul mate. The users who view your profile might find interests in common with you and choose to contact you. If you are a  V.I.P. user, the PigMatch system will use your information to find you automatically a partner who is most compatible with you. So the more complete your profile, the more precise the research.

Can I vote the profiles?

Only V.I.P. profiles can be voted. Only one vote for each profile is possible and anyone can vote

Why has no one voted my profile?

Remember that only V.I.P. users can be voted. If you have a Standard account choose the V.I.P. profile. If you are a V.I.P. user contact more people, leave more footprints around and someone will soon vote you

How can I delete my account?

We are sorry to see you leave, but if you are really sure of that, the process is very quick and easy: go to the settings page and at the item “Account” select “Deactivate my account””

Can I modify my username?

Your username is one of those few data that you cannot modify
